RightMyWork accepts Microsoft Word documents (.docx) up to 45 MB and 150,000 words. The edited document is returned as a DOCX with tracked changes, compatible with Word and Google Docs.

How does the AI editing work?

Accepted Answer

Our engine reviews your document for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, clarity, and citation formatting. All changes land as tracked changes, so you retain full control to accept or reject each one.

Is my document kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, automatically deleted after the retention window (24 hours for free users, 7 days for paid users), and never used to train our AI models.

Which citation styles are supported?

RightMyWork supports 10 citation styles: APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago (Author-Date, Notes-Bibliography, and general), OSCOLA, IEEE, Vancouver, and AMA. You pick the style—and optionally the English variant and serial-comma preference—before uploading.

Most documents under 50 pages finish in under 5 minutes. Larger manuscripts may take 10 to 15 minutes. You will see live progress and receive a notification when the edits are ready.

Paid credit packs never expire. Free credits follow their 24-hour download window.

What happens if my document exceeds my credits?

Accepted Answer

Editing stops at the nearest paragraph boundary. You receive the edited portion with tracked changes, and can top up credits to finish. Words-edited never exceeds words-remaining.
