Most documents are processed within 5 minutes. Larger manuscripts may take up to 15 minutes.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. The Volume plan covers up to 500,000 words for $49 ($0.098 per 1,000 words), spent across documents of up to 150,000 words each. For larger or institutional needs, our Custom plan offers negotiated rates, invoice billing on a purchase order, annual contracts, and supervising editor attribution.

Is my document secure?

Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are automatically deleted after the retention window.
